On the 17th of December, 2022 the Inter House Cross Country competition was organised by The Asian School, Dehradun. A total of 474 students participated in the run from all three categories i.e. Jr Boys (VI to VIII),Girls (VI to XII)and Sr Boys (IX to XII).The race was flagged off by the Principal Mrs. Ruchi Pradhan Datta early in the morning at 7:00 a.m. with the entire staff lined up along the route at various points. The distance to be paced by Jr Boys and the Girls was 2.5 km and for the Sr. Boys it was 5 Km.
Ranjit House bagged the Overall First Position, whereas Aditya Raj of class 8-A stood first among the Jr Boys (15 min 18 sec) ,Vaniya Sushi of class 10-E was first among the girls (18 min 11sec) and Shashwat Gupta of 11-D took the first position among the Sr. Boys (14 min 34 sec).
The event was attended by Head Senior School, Mr. Mukesh Nangia, Head Middle School, Mrs. Prachi Mehrotra Dy. Head Junior School, Ms. Surbhi Narula and all the staff members of The Asian School.
