Dr Bhavya Singh
- Batch of (Class XII): 2014
- Has been an Asianite for: 13 years
- Present status: General Surgeon, RCSM Kolhapur
- Alma mater : Sublime
- Cherished memories : There are many cherished memories, noting down just one won't be fair. To begin with, Madhulata ma'am & Chitra ma'am's Hindi classes. Shivani Bahuguna ma'am's Biology class. Jyotsana ma'am's computer lessons and Vipul Sir's Physics lab sessions. Absolutely a thing of beauty! . Running out of class during the zero periods and hastily noting down the “thought for the day” remain a peak “Asianite” moment for me. The weather bulletin/board that was maintained by M. I. Singh sir, our geography teacher and my class teacher in 7th grade. I used to read the bulletin during the break time and then looking up at the sky to match the clouds. (Gradually I got to know the difference between cumulus, stratocumulus and the nimbostratus clouds, which I actually do remember till date)
- Experience at the Asian Acres : “I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days, before you've actually left them”. Asian Acres for me remains a place that resulted in my overall development as an individual. I came here in UKG and completed my entire schooling at The Asian School itself. It's been a roller-coaster ride, but indeed a ride worth remembering.
- Advice for my younger self : Calm down, live a little, and don't take mathematics as an optional subject in grade 11. You are horrible at the subject!
- End note : I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my teachers, for all the valuable time and effort you've put forward in teaching us. Forever indebted to all of you.
