IMPREST DEPOSIT Charges at actual towards child's books, stationery and personal expenses midterm trips etc. The balance will be credited to child's account at the end of the term. This Account is to be maintained at Rs. 1500.00 by the parents at the start of each term.	Rs. 15,000.00

SCHOOL UNIFORM Charges at actuals. The balance will be credited to the child's account. This Account is to be maintained at Rs. 10000.00 by the parents at the start of each term.	Rs. 10,000.00

INFIRMARY SUBSCRIPTION Hospitalization and prescribed medicines to be charged at actuals separately.	Rs. 5,000.00

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT Parents wanting to avail of travel arrangement by the school
By Road & Rail	Rs. 5,000.00
By Air (National) International students tickets to be sent by Parents.	Rs. 10,000.00

Amount indicated are to be made by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of ' The Asian School ', payable at any bank of Dehradun. by the 7th day of January & July. Late payment will be penalized @2% per month. An undue extended delay may result in the child's name being struck off the rolls. The School has two terms April to September and October to March. A child joining or leaving in the middle of a term has to pay the full terms fees.
