CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS

Dear Parent,
Greetings!

I am pleased to inform you that the school is organizing student excursions from March 25 to March 30, 2010, this year to the following destinations:

1. Dehradun – Delhi – Mout Abu – Udaipur – Dehradun.
2. Dehradun – Delhi – Jodhpur – Jaisalmare – Dehradun.
3. International Tour – Dehradun – Delhi – Dubai – Dehradun.

The amounts of each of the trip are as follows:

1. Rajasthan trip will be Rs. 6,500/- per student, including personal and health expenses.
2. The International tour to Dubai will be Rs. 33,000/- including personal and health expenses.

All day scholars students who are interested to join the above excursions need to submit the names of HRT’s and deposit the entire excursion fees as mentioned below by February 19, 2010. You may even send the excursion fee by draft payable to The Asian School, Dehradun. The HRT’s will only register names of students who deposit the fees while giving in their names.

I would be looking forward to your cooperation on this matter as I am confident that this will be a good learning experience for all the students.
